Can I ask what old style Janie

I think I have missed something, this is the first clock on the site.

Do you mean, you just prefer the clock not there at all?

Cast your vote at the top, the results after a few more votes will be the decision.

I'm still not too sure, still thinking it looks a bit tacky. :toimonster:

 at last I get to use the toilet smilie.

Hi jack,

By old style, I meant that the date used to be there - everything in the same style (for simple folks like me!).

Think you've hit the nail on the head with 'tacky' - I didn't want to be too rude, but yes, I think it is a tad tacky!

I'm sure we all have clocks on our pc, bottom right ;)

The old date style was in fact when the page was last updated Janie, and because I update daily, it kept the correct date. But on the odd occasion (weekends) I may not update, it had the wrong date on it. Hence the reason that went. ;)

To be honest, the clock is a free thing from the web host, just thought I would try it. If more people vote, maybe we can get a better idea of how many like it.

By the way Janie, I like 'rude'. At least I know it is an honest opinion if it's to the point.

Wish I hadn't put it on in the first place

The clock will be leaving us I'm afraid :( :violent3:

( :wav: Woohooooooo :D )

I have had complaints from it causing the page to load too slow for 56k modem users, not to mention it looking rubbish!

It has until the 10,000 hits mark when the counter will leave us also.

It has been a pleasure working with them, but we must move on :cya:
