So during the last lockdown i took a leap to tick something off my bucket list, it's also not really healthy or safety focussed.
I've signed up to do White Collar Boxing and tonight is the first training session.
Having never been a fighter it's always been something a bit alien to me but at the same time very interesting. i figured why not do it in a controlled environment, they provide 8 weeks training, coaching on how to throw a punch and guard yourself, work on stamina and at the same time raise money for cancer research.
it should be a laugh, get some pennies in the research fund and also get me in a form of shape.
So i'm predicting the morning of Aug 1st i shall be feeling the worse for wear but at the same time strangely satisfied that i've done something about that annoying list.
Pain is on the way

Oh those dreaded buckets!!!
Well done you for even considering this white collar boxing, which I must confess, I know nothing about!
Good luck!

Good luck that sounds like a brilliant way of motivation, being shouted at by Mickey, chasing chickens and running up many stairs
