Josh

I too am losing weight.

Have a word with your GP and see what he advises. My GP had me going back and forth weekly etc with food/calory intake and what physical activity I had been doing and where I wanted to go with it.

Me being headstrong wanted to go head first into it but with the GP's advice havent succumbed to any further injury and the weight was coming off at a reasonable rate. Due to personal issues I havent been exercising in the last 3 weeks so a wee bit of weight has crept back on. Back to the exercise tonight ;)

Everyone is individual and medicines health also varies so see what the doctor says, he will know best

Quick ring to my GP and he says that I should be fine and if I don't feel right to stop. so hopefully be able to get in the team Saturday.

I'll tell my coach tomorrow what happened. just been and told several key people at work in case I become unwell. they have said that they wont try to pile my desk to high with paper work till I get sorted. did tell the MD Friday, first thing he said to me this morning is that I don't look good and why am i in.

update,

knee playing up occasionally whilst playing seconds this season. finally got called up to first team last week end and what happens in the first 15mins.... my knee hyper extends again. the coach has now banned me from playing until it is sorted... very grumpy josh :angryfire: .

went to see nurse Monday on anti infalmatries and referred to hospital physio even thou i said i have been seeing a private one. Saw Dr Yesterday and played on the needing to do rugby to lower my blood pressure to been seen quicker by the knee specialist. sent for xray today and results should be next week.

love the feeling of standing in a flimsy hospital gown and seeing several people run and hide behind a lead lined screen.

hopefully quick turn around on the specialist otherwise i may need to go private.

Josh (aka calamity carthorse as my wife calls me)
