Ouch - This is not good.
I always found gentle exercise in the pool helped me but I did not have your problem.

In so much pain today its unreal, sat in work with tears in my eyes. Been told to go home but got a big meeting this afternoon thats taken months to arrange so not missing that!

Only 1 hr and 4 minutes and I can take painkillers again, 1 hr 3 min now not that Im counting

Went home in the end as was so sore, called Doctors and was given strongest painkiller they could give me, woke up this morning with allergic reaction to them sweating loads, being sick and delirious not good. Dr said to stop taking and call my own gp tomorrow
