That's it.......surgery is set for 12th November.....fingers crossed that this one works.....or a few surgeons will get some

Well, more bad news....surgery is now being carried out on the 7th January, and got swab results from the GP this morning, not only have i got a nasty infection (which explains why i have felt funny for the last few days) by have got MRSA in the wound.........

now a really fed up HB

HB - sorry had to amend your post slightly as we have no swearing even with stars etc.

I'm really do not know what to say about your op and now an infection too, hope it all gets sorted sooner rather than later

Apparently I have low iron levels, so unless the level rises within the next 6 weeks, op will be postponed.

Just want to get it all over with......

I'm sorry to hear about all your continuing troubles, my positive thoughts are with you.

In the old days my "Nan" used to go to the pub and get a carry out of the Irish black stuff, that contains a lot of iron, but I suppose you are on antibiotics so can't have alcohol..
