the best thing for man flu is 8 pints of newcastle brown, and a stonking hot ruby,

Thanks otto, im half way thro studying for my cirtificate, exam in sept, and am struggling to get into any revision, after a full week in the class room my brain is frazzled and dont wanna take in any more!!! but this is gonna help loads...........many many thanks
