Hi,
My answer to 4th question - december.
Any comment will be appreciated.
"Preparing the plan to work again in the premises, the organization will apply, from the hierarchy of control, the following administrative measures to contain the risk of catch the virus by anyone in the organization.
New procedures will be applied as safe systems of work; “Washing hands and other hygiene procedures”, “New hand sanitizing procedures” and “Procedure for wearing personal protective equipment at work” (this one will insist on the use of PPEs specially in enclosed rooms). Also new control measures will be applied; “Additional social distancing measures”.
The emergency procedures are going to be updated, including 1st aid policy and fire evacuation arrangements.
Specific Trainings will be delivered to explain more in depth to the workers about the new safe systems of work, procedures, and measures so that they know, understand and apply from the moment they arrive to the premises, paying special attention to the young workers.
All workers in the organization will receive information about different measures taken (significant findings of the specific virus risk assessment, “Washing hands and other hygiene procedures”, “New hand sanitizing procedures” and “Procedure for wearing personal protective equipment at work”) in online meetings, e-mails, noticeboards, posters, and being available on the company intranet.
The organization will tell the cleaning company, by contract, to clean the premises more often and more in depth, in order to keep high levels of disinfection in the facilities.
To properly implement the new and updated procedures, these will be monitored and supervised by the supervisors, through the safety observations coming up from the safety inspections, and by the managers, through the safety tours in the premises.
According to the scenario, we can say that the organization will apply administrative controls with the new and adapted procedures, the specific trainings, the information available to anyone in the organization, the more intense welfare cleaning, and with the monitoring and supervision of all these controls to be sure that they are properly applied." ../.
