Another wee tip for your exams and when you come to doing practice papers with time limits is:
1 Do the question that you know you are well versed in first, as this will settle you and give you confidence, but remember, if you chose Question 4 as your first one, make sure you put the correct Question number against it i.e. First question=Q4.
2 For each question, when you take that moment to think about what is required of the answer, it is good to jot down, either in the margin, or alongside the question number (before you put your reply) those thoughts i.e. control measures, hierarchy, WAH etc.
The reason is, that if you don't have time to complete the question, or forget something in your answer, your "workings" can gain that all important couple of marks, which could be just what is needed for that pass.
3 If a question only requires a (2) point answer, read that one over again (just as you would do with a larger points question) to make sure you answer what it is actually asking. I found myself thinking it was only 2 marks, so it's o.k., I will know that no problem, but forgot it was worth 2 marks and replied with just one long-winded one, therefore losing one mark...... i.e.
Explain the term health and safety culture. Taken from HSE books...

What I am trying to say is don't, like I did, poo-poo the answers to a 2 point question. They are just as important as the 10 point one.
You will be fine, as one day during your study, things will finally click into place. Promise!
