Hello everyone, can someone guide me regarding report of IGC3. Can I write the report on a ship?

Bottom Line... ask your Tutor.
There's a lot of UK H&S Legislation that doesn't apply on Ships, because other Maritime Legislation covers it. as you're asking about the IGC, perhaps you could do it but many of the regulations would, I imagine, be specific to Maritime International Laws.

If you're not actually studying at the moment, but only looking at the viability of doing so, then I would ask NEBOSH directly.

I did my NGC3 report based on a Norwegian vessel, that was were I was working at the time

. I checked with tutor and no problem.
