NEBOSH GC2

Post by Towsey »

Hi

I have been doing a NEBOSH certificate since October. Passed the NGC1 in December first time. I have my GC2 tomorrow and have already handed in my GC3 practical.

I am a lot less confident with the GC2 than I was with NGC1 but this forum has been instrumental in me getting such a good first result in NGC1. The thread about the NGC1 was invaluable so thank you for that.

I wanted to go on a do the NEBOSH Fire cert after this one.

Since starting on the NEBOSH course i think one of the hardest things is going to be trying to adjust the H&S culture of the organisation. a lot of people still stuck in the "risk assessments weren't a thing back in my day and there were less accidents" blah blah blah.

Hope to be posting a lot on here in the near future.

Thanks again everyone.

I passed my GC2 and practical so passed everything first time with a credit score. 8)

I would say to anyone just starting the NEBOSH is that you only get out of it what you put in.

You need to study and revise and stick to it as well. Also the examiners reports were an absolute god send too.

Like i said in my previous post, this site has a lot of information which comes absolutely free from very dedicated people so use the information.

My work are now putting me on a NEBOSH fire course and when i pass that it is the diploma route so very busy times ahead.

Thanks again
