Hi CAD,

Take a look in the downloads section, there's some very good mind maps in there for NGC1 and 2.
Command words are important for the exams but don't get too het up on these as the main ones to remember are list and identify (same) where you can put one word answers and all the rest you need to give more than a one word answer. Describe - you need to brain dump on (go into detail)
Try to read back on a night what you have covered in class during the day and take notes during the time in class.
Download some past papers as these can help you with regards to what may come up in an exam.
When you take the exam, read the question very carefully and then read again before you answer - read it again whilst answering to keep yourself on track of what they are asking for.
Answer the questions in the order you feel comfortable with (you don't have to start with number 1) but check you have answered them all.
Manage your time well as the exam passes pretty quickly. Stick to set minutes per question and if you have time go back over the questions.

../. ./thumbsup..
Good luck,

SS

I have done the NEBOSH GC and am considering now doing the NCRQ Diploma. I'd be interested to hear how you get on with the format of the information, ease of use, quantity/quality of assistance during study etc.

Good luck with the studies.
