Hello,
I am new here... Please I am ready to get my certification on NEBOSH but I am wondering if I should take classroom training here in my country or I should enroll in online training.
Also please advise if SHield is very good and your experience learning with them.
Hope to hear from you soon.

Re: Online Training or Classroom Training
Hi Mikey,
Online or classroom training is only a question that you will know yourself.
Do you study better with other people around you and interacting, or do you study better on your own, online, in solitude and having to be disciplined enough to complete the studying?
Personally I went down the online route with said trainer and passed both the general certificate and the Diploma and had back up from the tutors when required.
Again, it's down to how you prefer to study!
Hope this helps

Re: Online Training or Classroom Training
Having recently taken the on-line route myself I would recommend classroom training .
1: There's always something else comes up when you settle down to study.
2: Classroom training gives you the opportunity to bounce ideas off other people, especially your understanding of command words.
3: On-line support is only as good as your need to seek it.
4: After your enrolled term you no longer have access to the course literature.
I've booked my third attempt at NGC1 for June , having passed NGC2 & 3 easily , but I'm positive if I'd had classroom training I would have passed first time.
