Anyone else surprised that PAT testing isn't mentioned on the NGC2 Course?
Would it be recommended to do some extra on the matter? I would of sworn there would of been some sort of reference to it on the Electrical unit.

Re: PAT Testing
There's no legal requirement for it in any Regulations.
The requirement is to keep electrical items safe to use, not spend your life testing them with an ever increasing complexity of test equipment developed for such work.
So no, I'm not surprised at all.
That said, in my old 3rd Edition of the NEBOSH (Hughes & Ferrett) Study book, it was mentioned on the final 2 pages of the Electrical Section.
Will has provided an excellent link to the 'Truth about PAT' on the HSE website.
