What a terrible time you are all having this past year! I am so glad things are coming together a bit for you and you and your lovely Partner are receiving the help you both deserve from the professionals.
Talking about all sorts of mental health issues is, at long last, being recognised, because people like you are highlighting the difficulties that come from all angles in this stressful World we live in nowadays.
Thank you for your on-going commitment to HSfB Nick and for sharing your issues. I am sure many of our members can empathise with this and will appreciate you coming forward to help others just as you have always done. Remember to take time for yourself too.
