its worth a look through the prosecution and notices databases to see whats new, the notices are very rarley reported, some of them do tend to stick out,
Gunnebo Ltd a Manufacture of lifting and handling equipment gets an improvement notice for not testing there forklifts, it makes you wonder

Yup, I agree Stoker, it makes a good read when your not too busy.

I especially like to find old employers' whom you know were in the top 5 worst companies in the world for health and safety :D

My old tutor used this heavily to get points across, and quite rightly so.
