A very good morning to you too Waterbaby and all our visitors/members wherever you may be.
Lovely sunshine here, but wind is pretty cooooooool verging on the pretty chilly when the sun fades.
Been very busy already this morning. Had a weekend off and just catching up this morning.
Hope you all enjoyed your weekend and have a good un-ruffled start to your new week.

Re: Mon 3rd Aug 2020
Afternoon all,
A lot warmer in the granite city than I thought it was. Didn't realise just how warm it was today till I went for a walk at lunchtime. Didn't really need my thin jacket. Hope it's like this the rest of the week. My house it seems is well insulated such that in the summer it stays cool, but in the winter boy does it feel chilly and take an age to heat up.
Checked the progress of my produce in the back garden and we have pods growing on the mangetout plants. Still just at the flower stage for the peas though. The tatties are starting to flower and the strawberry plants have flowered and are starting to produce berries now. Hopefully the mixture of netting, copper tape and garlic spray keeps off the birds/insects/snails which seem hellbent on munching everything. I am now on a daily snail eviction patrol. I am determined there will only be 1 winner, and it won't be the snails.....
Jack - not the biggest issue in the world, but some of the emojis (seems to be just the ones that start with [smilie= ) don't seem to be working.

You are only a millimetre or a millisecond away from the next incident.
