A little bit frosty this morning but will clear in the afternoon

On my own this week as most of the team are in Trinidad and Tobago I get Liverpool at the end of the month

I've been recovering from some sort of viral lurgy that has spoilt my last 3 days by making me feel terrible... but all seems to be nearly back to normal.

Didn't help that last Monday I swallowed a bit of Baked Jacket Potato that was too hot and burnt the back of my throat. That too is almost better.....

Aww Berni, I hope you are well on the mend today.

It's the worst time of the year for getting lurgies!

Not been in the healthy zone for the past week either, but a bit better today.

Sun is out and so is Mr Frosty.

Out and about for an hour or two before lunch and then pals with my laptop and modem. Think I need a new modem.
