Welcome to the start of a brand new week. Looks like we may have a touch of rain today with the prospect of a thunder storm later on this evening...will do the ground a world of good, but will mean I will have to dig the lawn mower out, it hasnt seen the light of day for 6 weeks!

Smells nice and fresh outside with all the rain overnight.

New week for me is dependent on what happens after a couple of telephone calls, so mystery tour may be my Monday tasks.

stupid contractor went to the wrong place for his induction this morning then moaned when told he was 15 mins too late to do the induction
fairly quiet week planned but that will obviously change

Afternoon All

Sorry for being adrift but had a meeting with HR and the MD about my resignation things have not been going well for this unhappy bunny and on Friday I received an email from one of the Masters of the vessels that I look after, he was accusing me of all sorts of things that I was not doing, I have 28 Masters on 14 vessels that I look after and this is the first time I have ever felt so low, he threatened that if I did not answer he would take this issue to a higher level, well he took it to that level this morning and I will not react to this email, instead I sent it to the Director Ship Management and the MD. They are now trying to get me to revoke my resignation, this I will not do until this issue is resolved

Big rants for a Monday but I will not be bullied or harassed by anyone.
