Morning All

Very foggy this morning so where is the heat wave went out fore afternoon tea with the family for my wife`s birthday treat (one of many) and was shocked at the price for 10 persons being £300.00 never mind she is only 70 once

Just trying to feel like doing something, after being laid up all weekend with the 'mother-of-all-colds' that's left me feeling shattered and little voice from all the coughing.

Safety - £30 per person depends what you got for your money in terms of location and edibles/drinks.

Claridges in London will set you back £60pp or up to £80 if you add a glass of Champers.

SC - I would have thought that to be quite cheap!! Afternoon teas are dearer than afternoon deals offered by many lovely places. You need to do a bit of research in future. Glad Mrs S had a lovely time. She probably enjoyed watching the moths fly out of your wallet!! Sorree.

Berni - Not like you to be ill as badly as this. If it doesn't clear up, go to the Doctor please.

I had a weekend of visitations to family in the West on Saturday and then the East on Sunday, finalising it with a great Chinese F1 race, not in China sadly, just my own couch.

Today has been a bit of a mad rush-a-round morning already!

Sun is trying to peek through and at least it isn't freezing, but there are a lot of rain-looking clouds up above, so not holding out much hope for this so-called heatwave!

Morning all from a frustrated Nigel
took 1/2 days leave to take a friend to the hospital for a pre op check up drove 45 mins to her house just as i got there she had a message from the hospital "sorry we have got to postpone it"
1 hour drive back to the office happy bunny NOT

hope every one else has a good day I feel a bottle of jack D coming home with me
