Hi, hello, and good evening.
I am new around here so thought I may as well pop my head above the parapet as it were and introduce myself.
My name is Richard and I hail from North Nottinghamshire.
I am looking to begin my career in health and safety, I am retuning to work after a 3 year absence due to ill health. I have previously completed the IOSH managing safely and the NEBOSH General Certificate.
Any pointers, advice or job offers ( if you don’t ask you don’t get :p ) would be greatfully received.
Kindest regards
Rich

Re: Hello
Hi, Hello and Good Monday Afternoon to you too Rich.
Delighted you have joined us and will look forward to hearing from you.
on achieving your IOSH Managing Safely and your NGC.
Really pleased to hear you are ready to return to work. Not an easy thing after your three year illness. Well done!
Perhaps join your local Safety Group https://www.safetygroupsuk.org.uk/local-groups/ If you haven't already done so, I would suggest you join LinkedIn too where you can sell yourself a bit in your profile and sign up to their job notifications.
A bit of voluntary shadowing if you can get it will provide experience for you too, which you probably know anyway. It is difficult to find this though.
Good luck Richard.
