1. What are you bringing to the table?
2. What are your expectation from the company?
3. What do you know about this company?
4. Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?

Hi
Some question I got are here:

How do you develop a health & Safety culture in the organization?
How you can minimize accidents and incidents in the organization?
How you ensure you remain updated with latest health & Safety requirements and regulations?

Good luck

Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years
Is there a right answer to this, your sat in a job interview not having got the job yet, you don't know the structure of the company, the development promotion root of the company and then they ask you where you will be in 5 yrs.

On the dole with you mate, now ask me a relative question.

I disagree sorry Red, but if anyone enters H&S they generally have some sort of passion to help others and right at the outset are aware of the ladders they have to climb to fulfil that passion, therefore they do have a plan for their CPD, so they can provide a sensible and honest response.

Of course no-one knows where they will be within a company they have no insight into yet. The question, the way I would reply, would be to let them know my own CPD plans and how I would EXPECT them to pan out within their own company, nothing more.

I have been asked this question when I applied for a position within HMRC and replied as I have laid out above. Seemingly that and my example of a simple past achievement that I was proud of (nothing to do with income tax or the like) was what clinched me being given the position out of over 100 applicants and only 4 places, so it works. :dontknow:
