Exactly what the title implies...pop in and say "good morning" or even "good evening" and tell us what's on the cards for today or how your day went.

Good Afternoon to you Waterbaby.
Good Afternoon to Everyone.

Chilly day with beautiful sunshine.

Been out to have hair cut early doors. Glasses broke in two, so had to go to the dreaded Shopping Centre. Had a nice young lady greet me at the door of the spectacle shop who told me there was no-one there who could fix them and to come back in a week.
Considering they only needed a screw and without them I cannot see, I asked if she could oblige me with a new screw and I would fix them myself. She could not do this, as it would take a couple of weeks to purchase this miniscule screw. I was not happy, so I asked to speak to the manager.
This lovely young lady then proceed to take my broken spectacles to the manager, returning to let me know they would be repaired today and to come back later this afternoon for them.

Just shows you how our youngsters are not being trained correctly with these companies! I could have been an extremely irate customer towards this young lady, but I knew she was only doing what she had been told to do in these circumstances.

Moral of the story? If you are a manager or a trainer, please give our youngsters the respect and CORRECT training. These youngsters are our future. .salut
