You are only a millimetre or a millisecond away from the next incident.

Good afternoon all
Sorry I have not been on the forums for a few weeks I am now officially retired or so I thought had a presentation at the office this morning with a few thoughtful gifts, I hate being the centre of attraction and having to make a speak whilst trying to bite my tongue however, the MD asked if I was prepared to come and help out periodically, the offers seem to be coming in from other Shipping Companies also I will have to take time out and consider what is best my other half would be pleased if I went back to work as she is not used to me being around trying to help best I can my health has not been too good lately so I have to go onto a blood pressure machine for 24 hours to see what is going on my blood pressure was way too high when I eventually went to see the Doctor and she suggested that I also get an ECG, so after being with the company for 20 years and never off sick it had to happen on the last week at work apart from that all is well with SC

Ye can't keep a Safetycoach through-and-through down! I expect it's not easy to switch that off, but fix your health dude, that's an HSfB order
Nice to see you again though

Sorry I am late with this Coach. Agree totally with Jack. Take care of yourself and good luck with the "machine". Keep in touch. You have my email and I will reply.
