Exactly what the title implies...pop in and say "good morning" or even "good evening" and tell us what's on the cards for today or how your day went.

Tuesday 24 July

Post by AdyShaw »

Good morning everyone,

Another hot one on the farm, unfortunately we lost an old cow yesterday, and one of our young Angus cows is very ill, had the vet out for and hour and a half to look at her.

Met office is advising we stay indoors....haha, that will not happen, as long as plenty fluids taken on board then no issues.

Injection into my wrist today for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.....dont like big needles...

Have a good day all .salut

Good Morning Ady, SC, Nige and All.

Warm but cloudy up here and nowhere near as hot as over the border.

Out shortly for a couple of hours before returning to my to-do list.

In a cannot be bothered mode this morning. Have to have some caffeine to waken the brain. :coffee2:

Ady - The injection will benefit you. ./thumbsup..

SC - Hope things get better for you. .salut

Nige - Bin lorry traps etc could only happen to you!

Stay safe and cool everyone. :D

Just sent a text to family and friends plus an email to employees
reiterating the Met office amber warning for the heat

making sure people are aware of how to monitor their water intake vs output
dark coloured urine means your dehydrated so drink a litre ( of water)
and to maintain your electrolyte levels a small packet of salt n vinegar crisps will help
