Another hot one on the farm, unfortunately we lost an old cow yesterday, and one of our young Angus cows is very ill, had the vet out for and hour and a half to look at her.
Met office is advising we stay indoors....haha, that will not happen, as long as plenty fluids taken on board then no issues.
Injection into my wrist today for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.....dont like big needles...

lots of paper work to catch up on and the inevitable emails to answer, will start making arrangements to go to Shetland then on to Liverpool for next month 
being the holiday period I have to book early to avoid disappointment 
on the work side of things it is not getting any better, no information so my retirement day still stands
