Well, I think I have the better of this man flu now.

I will be out near Wycombe on site when 11.00 hits today, so will be giving my own little respect for all those who lost their lives. .salut

i shall be observing the 2 ninutes silence although you remember them always and pray for safe returns for all those at war now
my thoughts are with you acko and know how you feel as my brother has recently served in Afganistian
