Good Evening All
A good toolbox topic during next week , CPR update / refresher from Resus UK.
"In light of COVID-19, the steps you should take when performing CPR have changed - but the need to perform CPR has not.
Out of hospital cardiac arrests are still happening across the UK, and by learning and performing CPR, you could be the difference between life and death for a loved one at home, a colleague at work, or a stranger in the street."

As I will be sharing childcare responsibilities for my 4m old grandson next year, I did a Baby First Aid Course recently
At 3hrs long - online- it was tough going, but really useful, especially as I am very rusty 1st aid wise. The infant CPR was really useful
The supplier was The Baby Academy and it costs £59. A good investment that I hope I will never need to cash in

Remember: if you aren't too fond of the person you are doing CPR on, 'Another One Bites The Dust' has a similar tempo to 'Stayin' Alive'.
We often think that when we have completed our study of one we know all about two, because 'two' is 'one and one.' We forget that we still have to make a study of 'and.'
