I thought I'd start a dedicated topic for this year's RoSPA Health & Safety Awards for those who might need a bit of support with their entry or just a bit of inspiration to kick things off.

If you are entering this year, you are not alone in the process. You might not be aware of the mentoring scheme, but you are now

Get in touch with RoSPA and ask about working with a mentor. Whether you are a new entrant or want to access experienced mentors to help maximise your submission there's a great pool of mentors ready and willing to work with you. You might even end up working with me! Don't let that put you off though

In case you hadn't noticed, I'm a superfan of the awards and have been involved with them for best part of 15 years. The benefits are huge in so many ways and I could go on and on all day about that, but here's Julia Small, Head of Awards, Events & Qualifications explaining things...
