The only ones I ever found are either not comprehensive enough to be useful or out of date.
I just go straight to the manufacturer now, they have always been forthcoming enough when I've requested them.

The manufacturer has to produce the safety data sheet and will send them to you FOC.

That is my thought too Stephen. Like risk assessments there are as many versions of COSHH assessments as there are H&S professionals!
