Hi Folks,

Been away for a sabbatical, and coming back to old friends for advice.

How do you guys all control the roadside recovery guys or windscreen replacement companies that employees call in to work on their own personal vehicles while thay are sat in the office or working in the factory.

I'm immediately thinking RAMS & MSDS but would these guys have them to hand? I think not? but not asked one yet..

Try asking. You’ll probably find they do carry RAs etc with them as some locations may well require them before they are allowed on site. If they are operating in you car park, controlled by you rather than a public parking area, do you have or considered a review of all your contractor controls?
