Hi all,
Im trying to find out the calculation I can use on a monthly basis to calculate accident frequency rates, anyone have the correct calculation to use? how do you report these figures monthly?

They are not the correct calculation.
The idea behind accident stats is to compare performances between months, years etc.
However, bear in mind, indicators can be evaluated with different criteria, I mean, are you counting all the accidents for accidents stats our only the ones with lost time?
I use:
AFR= TOTAL ACCIDENTS / TOTAL HOURS WORKED X 1,000,000
AIR = TOTAL ACCIDENTS / TOTAL EMPLOYEES X 10,000
