just wondering if anyone had generic SSOW templates they can share? Appreciate should be specific to the task but it was more for the headings and layout.

When you say SSoW templates, what is it you are after as in my opinion there are many bits of paperwork that may be involved in a SSow:

Risk Assessment
Method Statement
Permit to Work
Procedures
Registers
Inspeciton lists
etc etc
