Contractor site re-induction

Post by abarnett »

Hi all,

Reviewing our contractor management process for the site. How often do you re-induct your contractors that regularly come back to your site e.g. Forklift servicers, etc.

Cheers,

Andy

Construction sites generally vary anything from 4 weeks to 6 months depending what the site is/size or complexity of site
Plus usually re-induction briefings after Xmas break into new year
