Multi platform report application

Might be trivial question to some but...

Do you using or know anybody who is, iOS/Android based report application? Preferably to be used on tablet/iPad (phone screen is bit to small)
I seen some many times electricians or fire engineers using this smart apps for reports.

Paid or free doesn't really matter but editable fields with option to attach picture would be great.

Found one that is free and work cross platform but I though I'll ask here first.

iAuditor may fit the bill , theres loads of downloadable forms you can use or customise , or you can create your own. Adding photos etc is easy and you can email or export your files as a PDF.

I will second IAuditor, I created a form specifically for an audit on our remote sites, the intention was to create a system that was less open to interpretation issues.

It worked a treat, it's very powerful and you can a signature at the end.

Thanks for some help, problem with iAuditor is that when you start adding pictures to the report they come out very, very small and you can't view them properly without actually login on the website. Furthermore annual fee isn't to bad but they provide invoicing from above 20 individual accounts! I will be using this across two max 3 people but completed reports .pdf versions will be send out to 3rd parties (bare small picture issue)

Steve M and Alan! are you using this software, do you know how to make pictures bigger on .pdf, I honestly can't find any tutorial or guide...

The pictures come out full size at the end of the report normally.

indeed it does... thanks! I think it's because I had free version of the software now with full licenses it comes out perfect!
