Health and Safety Middle Management Meeting

Hi all, does anyone hold Health and Safety Middle Management Meetings, I need to start mine up, we already have the Shop Floor H&S meetings so I am looking at setting the senior management ones up for a week after the shop floor meetings. What topics would be discussed at these, I'm thinking:

1. Accident stats / Near miss reporting
2. Environmental Issues
3. Confined space
4. Top 10 risks and how we will promote them
5. Training updates
6. Emergency response plan
7. Update on any legislation changes and what that means for us
8. Promoting a positive health and safety culture

Sure others will come up with a long list.
Great list but missing one thing - the people. I like to see welfare updates as the No1 for those who have been injured and updates on their recovery or simply "nil" return. The lessons learned will often cascade to the other elements.

Well,
If is a meeting with the "Middle Management", I'll refer as well HS KPI (indicator).
Not only the lag indicators Accident stats / Near miss reporting, but as well, leading indicators, inspections, audits, etc

I would split, the meeting by 3 subjects each time.
