Office (walking) Treadmill

OK, so my Tech guys now want an office (walking) Treadmill for productivity :P

Does anyone else have one in their office?

I don't know anybody who uses this personally but I did see a case study presentation from a London based company using them as part of their wellbeing programme. They had a few in their offices for people to have a break from sitting at their pc, not to work at for long periods. The idea was to obviously get moving but to also re-focus the brain by doing something totally different. Reading a book for ten minutes on the thing seemed popular.
