I am considering doing an Incident investigation and RCA training course in the UK.
Are there any recommendations out there? Is there a on line e learning course that may be any good.
Thanks

Hi Jonnie,
Presume RCA = Root Cause Analysis in this context?

Re: Investigation and RCA training course
I did the Kelvin TOPSET course many moons ago, and found it was a very good course, I did the IOSH course a few years later (through a different company) and found it very legislation heavy and missed the mark re RCA. If it was my money I'd do TOPSET.
