Stress risk assessment.

Post by dave247 »

Hi all I am looking for a good template to use to carry out an assessment and wondered if anybody had one that felt was effective and also better than the one off the HSE site?

Cheers

Hi There

IOSH have a pretty good stress risk assessment template that i have used in the past.
Just follow the link below and should be able to save as word doc so can edit and put your company logo in it etc.

We use this one - think I poached it from one of the Fire Services tbh

We also have a Checklist based on the HSE Management Standards approach - I've moved into an online version these days but it might help if you need to measure stress in order to trigger RA reviews.

I've invested a lot of time resource in Stress over the last couple of years as we have quite high stress levels in our operation and we've had some great results - so much so that I've submitted our Campaign into the EU-OSHA Good Practice Award this year :)

You might find some useful stuff in their Campaign resources https://www.healthy-workplaces.eu/en

Drop me a message if you'd like anything else :)
