Hi all,
I want to put together a tick sheet for the induction when we have contractors on site. This would cover things like where they can smoke, fire alarm test, fire assembly points, vehicle parking etc, does anyone have a completed sheet I could work off or is there anything else I should include other than those below.
Fire alarm test time/day
Assembly point.
First Aid provision location etc. Who are first aiders.
Where to sign in
Site Log book (info for other contractors/works on site etc)
Smoking area.
Toilet location
Canteen area (times of opening etc)
Entrance/Exit points
Fire exits
PIC introduction
Vehicle parking
