and in this climate it's rare!
Next month we are going to move into our own building, a full training centre with supporting offices, warehouse facility and car park.
As business is doing well in our current location (Hull) we are only moving over the street so with a bit of manual handling, vehicle marshalling etc we should have everything pretty easy – the street stays the same so we don’t even have to change letter heads!
As a result I am looking to employ another safety consultant (f-t) to work from this office with regular travel to our clients. E.g. We deliver all the safety training for Lancashire County Council.
I will also need another safety based administrator (f-t).
I have an option to use the warehouse as a forklift training centre – so if anyone wants to consider this as a centre manager or trainer, please give me a shout. Our current trainer is also one of our consultants and prefers to travel to clients for the variety rather than be based in one place all week.
And last but not least, I am also looking for a Commercial Manager to help me run some of this. Business is doing well abroad and I can’t be in more than one place at once!

Ah wow thanks!
Glyn you'll have to come and have a look sometime. Its huge, I'm secretly considering looking for a live in security guard as it will cost a fortune to put secure fencing around it.
We should have a party in there before internal walls go up, I can just see a drummer in there now....

also just about to enrol on a combined A1 NVQ assessors award and PTTLS teaching award.
No rest for the wicked, never did as much studying in my life haha ( be nice if you got paid for studying)
