Gas heating equipment inspections

hi all

if a factory is fitted with several large radiant tube heaters, are these subject to any legislation regarding annual inspection. the building is leased but the heaters were fitted by the factory user and not the builders owners. I know that in a rented house an annual inspection of gas fires etc are a legal requirement.
