I couldn't agree more safety, he should have known better and his comments lead me to question his 'competence' in the first place. However, this would not make me go on the forums and slag him off. I would try and communicate with him and see if I could help him rectify his problem before it does in fact 'bite him in the ass'.

There could even be underlying reasons why he has made this decision that he has not put forward in the forums. He could be under all sorts of other pressures at work which has led him to make the wrong decision, which leads to why has he been put under such pressure in the first place? Why was he chosen to deal with this pressure?

His managers have a lot to answer for if you ask me, and I also feel sorry for him.

But reading his post, the guy sounds really ballsy I honestly think he thought he was going to get praised on the forum.

They eat you alive on the IOSH forum, even if you make a valid point....moreover that post!
