Re: Audibility Test
Hi all, Yes we have the alarms serviced twice a year and all are certified. I have gone back to the company asking for more information regarding this as we have 230 venues each with a completed FRA and this is the first time I have came across a comment like this. Their reply was don't worry about...

Re: When required building control approval and when not
Got to agree with Messy. But run it directly past the LA Building Control, not one of these 'Consultant' type companies that can do BC work, because you can guarantee that if the LA don't agree, the private company will wriggle until it's not their fault they got it wrong. Of course, an alternative...

Re: Grenfell Update: Written Statement made 19 July 2018 by James Brokenshire, Secretary of State, Ministry of Housing,
Hammer Are you able to summarise what views you have in relation to the ADB consultation? I don't deal with residential premises in my role and I am aware that this is an area where you are heavily committed. Although you have to be sceptical of any Govt statement (this one says the Gifts response ...

Grenfell Update: Written Statement made 19 July 2018 by James Brokenshire, Secretary of State, Ministry of Housing, Comm
Honourable Members will have been moved by the strength, courage and dignity demonstrated by those affected by the Grenfell Tower fire during the commemoration that took place last month marking one year on. I wanted to update the House before the summer recess on the critical work the Government is...
