maybe salesforce or something similar would meet your needs so long as the client records are kept up to date.
You could probably put something together using a simple database or even a spreadsheet if you are feeling creative.

You could carry out a MaC analysis, there are risk levels depending on weight of box, height of lift compared to user, initial position of box, and number of movements.

If it's any help, I use 3M 9100 airflow masks, and they seem to work well and survive the punishment... expensive though.
