Hi Folks Have my NGC1 resit next Monday..... fingers crossed .... 3rd time lucky..... I also failed the NGC3 :( Anyways.... I have attached the obs sheet for some guidance..... am I on the right track???? I will actually put more .."to meet the requirements of HSG such and such" on the obs...

Unplanned - not wanting it to happen or not planning for it to happen. Unforeseen however doesnt mean unplanned. so... an accident is an unplanned or undesired event that leads to injury death or other losses..(I know this sentence quite thoroughly, in readiness for my NGC1 retake in March) ...so…. If it’s unplanned …then by definition it must be unforeseen, random.... so I think....no they're not unavoidable ...

We are accredited by ITSSAR, and we are not allowed to put Expiry dates on the certificates (rules of accreditation), only a recommended refresh date.
It is only a recommendation by the HSE, that periodic refresher training should be considered ...
