It's cold outside but there's no snow in Yorkshire,
strangely enough it was snowing in Birmingham when I left yesterday lunchtime to drive here

Don't forget there's no legal requirement for PAT testing

but whoever supplies the appliances (as in PC/contractor) in the cabin. they would generally PAT test their own equipment if that's what the company/site rules state as a requirement
