Hi @Messy I am not sure I understand the problem A door on a means of escape needs to be available and easy to open regardless of the buildings age. The method of opening is more dependant on the use of the building with a theatre requiring panic bolt fastenings (push bar) to cope with a crush situa...

I have been told that they will focus on the 12months. However, I will advise reviewing further than 12months.
Don't forget that the expected from a tech member is different from a grad does your cpd reflect this?

Totally agreed with Messy.
How much we can push, without losing our position?
I found that was in my position before did everything correctly by the shape of risk assessments...however, never formally approached senior managers for this reason.
