... to complete the work and you subcontract, then yes you would be deemed the PC. I am a bit concerned that the subbies would be using your RAMS instead of their own. They should submit their RAMS - as after all they are the "professionals" and you should review and ask for clarity or discuss ...

Here is how its managed where I work, firstly we only use contractors that are on a pre-approved list so we know that they are currently ... we have a visiting contractor on site they tend to have a very generic RAMS for the task whatever that will be. We have a meeting before works starts ...
