Thanks Paul, but it's not.
It's something to do with some research showing the top 10 issues that they were/are targeting. Perhaps from RIDDOR reporting or something similar?

Hi People I wonder if someone will be able to help. A venerable colleague of mine has been talking about the "top ten HSE topics", but I can't find anything on the HSE website that matches his assertions. I'm guessing it's going to be things like Stress, MSDs, WaH, Slips and Trips etc etc,...
