They could share the PCI with you but usually they will issue to the info to the PC first so any site conditions can be evaluated etc by the PC and they can introduce correct mitigation/site rules into place, before any contractor gets on site or makes their own rules up, contractors may have a good ...

Are you the principal contractor (PC)?

For me this is about contracts not CDM, the PD will issue to the PC, and its up to them to disseminate the information to any other contractors.

Until the Client appoints a PC then the PD assumes responsibility until ...
