When I was with an M&E Company that did maintenance/repairs on clients buildings/property we had a system that had a generic document which included the Risk Assessment, Method Statement and in some instances Permits as well. We did find it a wee bit costly updating cards every time a qualification was renewed or new one gained.

We didnt have specific software, we bought a card printer and on the left side had name and photo, right side had details of training qualification and expiry d...
